Yokel, Inc., a Delaware corporation, was founded in 2005 by experienced Internet and search veterans Scott Randall and Don Zereski.

Scott Randall. CEO. Scott is a visionary Internet entrepreneur and high tech industry veteran. Scott's most recent success was founding FairMarket, Inc. a leading provider of internet-based auction software. Scott founded the company in 1997 and served as CEO through a successful $100 million initial public offering in 2000. The company was subsequently sold to eBay. Prior to FairMarket, Scott launched NECX Direct, one of the Internet's first online stores. He also served as president of Yahoo Marketplace (now Yahoo Shopping), and president of the Internet Shopping Network (division of the Home Shopping Network). Earlier in his career, Scott worked in brand management at Procter and Gamble. He is a graduate of Harvard College and Harvard Business School.

Don Zereski. VP of Products. Don is an experienced technology veteran who has managed some of the Internet's most visited sites. As vice president of products for Lycos, Don was responsible for revenue and product strategy for the company's U.S. properties, including its search sites, Matchmaker, and Quote.com. Earlier in his tenure with Lycos, Don was responsible for operating the Lycos' community and communication sites, including Tripod, where, prior to its acquisition by Lycos, he served as vice president of technology and led development during its growth to one of the world's 10 most visited sites. Don was also directed the development of Intellicast and was president of Streetmail. He is a graduate of Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
